Our Services
Mamajuana Cafe Bronx offers:
Dine-In Service: Full-service restaurant and lounge experience
Takeout Service: Order pickup for your favorite dishes
Delivery Service: Food delivery to your location (where available)
Bar & Lounge: Alcoholic beverage service for guests 18 years and older
Special Events: Seasonal events, private parties, and promotional activities
Reservations: Phone, in-person, and online reservation services

Reservations
Making Reservations
Reservations can be made by direct contact with the restaurant. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Mamajuana Cafe Bronx. For groups of 6–9 guests, changes to reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations requested within 48 hours of reservation time.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
We request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation
Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to make future reservations during peak times
For large parties or special events, specific cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking
For groups of 6 or more deposits are non-refundable for cancellations requested within 48 hours of reservation time.
Private Dining (Groups of 10 or more people)
Changes must be made 72 hours before the reservation time.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Special Events
All deposits for special events are non-refundable.
Arrival Time
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. If you are running late, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your table may be released if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notification. Any reservation with a deposit is non-refundable if canceled late.
Dining, Takeout, and Delivery
Food Quality and Safety
We are committed to providing high-quality food prepared with care. However:
We cannot guarantee that our food is suitable for every dietary restriction or allergy
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions
We are not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed at our restaurant unless caused by our negligence
Takeout and Delivery
Orders are subject to availability
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic, and order volume
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
All sales are final once food has left our premises
Payment
Payment for dine-in, takeout, and delivery is processed in person at our restaurant or upon delivery
We accept payments by credit card
Prices are subject to change without notice
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your name
Age Restrictions
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 18 years of age and older in accordance with New York State law
Valid identification may be required
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to provide proper identification
We do not serve alcohol to intoxicated individuals
General Admission
While our restaurant welcomes families, please note that our lounge area may have age restrictions during certain hours or events. Please inquire when making reservations if you have questions.
