After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from our SMS Program.
Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you voluntarily opt in again.

Our total liability arising from the SMS Program shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to Mamajuana Cafe Bronx for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These SMS Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute relating to these SMS Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
